Reinforced concrete foundation extended below frost line with steel reinforcing with 12" x 16" perimeter turndown and spread footings at all column lines. Concrete slab in warehouse 6" thick poured over 6-mil polyethlene vapor barrier. Concrete 3000-psi mix with fibers. Portion of slab is reinforced with #4 rebar in area shown on plans.
